CCI VPR Pre-Sensitized Emulsion Violet - 1 Gallon
Premium violet pre-sensitized SBQ photopolymer screen printing emulsion engineered for plastisol, UV, solvent, and many water-based ink systems, delivering rapid exposure, exceptional stencil durability, outstanding image resolution, and easy reclaiming.
Characteristics
CCI VPR Pre-Sensitized Emulsion Violet is a high-performance, one-part SBQ photopolymer emulsion designed for professional textile and graphic screen printers seeking fast exposure speeds, excellent stencil durability, and outstanding print definition. Ready to use directly from the container, VPR eliminates diazo mixing while providing consistent coating performance, extended shelf life, and dependable production results.
The violet formulation offers excellent stencil visibility during exposure, washout, and press setup, making image inspection and screen registration easier throughout production. Its balanced viscosity provides smooth coating characteristics across a wide range of mesh counts while producing uniform stencil thickness, excellent mesh bridging, and sharp edge definition for detailed graphics, halftones, fine text, and process printing.
CCI VPR is engineered to withstand demanding production environments using plastisol, UV-curable, solvent-based, and many water-based ink systems. The durable stencil resists premature breakdown during long production runs while maintaining excellent image quality from the first print through the final impression.
Designed for modern exposure systems, VPR responds exceptionally well to metal halide, mercury vapor, fluorescent, and compatible LED exposure units, allowing printers to reduce exposure times while maintaining complete stencil polymerization. After production, the emulsion reclaims cleanly with standard emulsion removers, helping reduce reclaim time and improve overall screen room productivity.
