Epson SureColor F3070 Industrial Direct-to-Garment

EPSON SureColor F3070 Industrial Direct-To-Garment Printer

The Epson SureColor F3070 Industrial Direct-to-Garment printer was unveiled at the ISS Long Beach Expo this past January 2020, but then our world was turned upside down. Now Epson has been able to produce these units and SPSI is proud to be one of the National Distributors.

What makes the Epson F3070 different?

The F3070 will be incredibly fast printing with a duel print head set up. The F3070 prints and average size print in around a minute and average cost is around $.90 in ink, printing at approximately 45 dark shirts per hour. The ink is a bulk pouch system and it is much more affordable than most in its class. The purchase price is starting at $49,995 and then there are some different warrenty options.

Features

The SureColor F3070 is single platen set up, but features an auto height adjust, and is designed to operate non stop full production with no interruptions. You'll find in many  DTG printers there is a delay in the image being reloaded, but the F3070 gets right to printing. The SureColor F3070 requires very minimal maintenance and be extremely reliable. Get this - the print head are user interchangeable. Yep, you can replace your own printheads and you won't have to take out a loan to replace. The heads are pretty affordable.

Consumpables

There are some consumables that will need to be purchased, and you'll need to have on hand. We don't want you to think it is just ink cost but these consumables are to protect your printhead and printer so it maintains optimum print quality. Things like head cleaning set,air filter, and cleaning liquid but over all they are affordable items and calculated into the cost of your output the over all cost per print will still allow you to acheive high margins.

Platen Options

The Epson F2100 and the F3070 have interchangeable platens. So if you are already an F2100 user you can use the platens for that unit on the NEW Epson SureColor F3070 Industrial Diret-to-garment printer. They have small, medium, large platens, as well as a sleeve platen. From sounds of it there will be more platen options avaiable soon - don't know when, but just some talk of it, we will share when we hear more.
